•Bring a snack to share. Bring your own lunch. •Decorate a pumpkin (real or artificial) at home as a storybook character from a book you’ve read and bring it for our Storybook Character Contest. (Nothing scary or evil looking please) . No need to participate in order to attend.

Storybook Pumpkin Contest Rules:
You may use pumpkins and/or gourds to create your project (real or artificial).
To decorate, you can use paper, glue, paint, markers, pipe cleaners, fabric or other craft items on the entry.
Projects must represent a book character. Bring the book or a picture of the book cover to display with your pumpkin and/or gourd.
This is a home project and entries should be done mostly by the student. Parents or other family members may assist.
